Robinhood Chain and Arbitrum: Every Settlement Split Exactly 90/10

Robinhood Chain runs on Arbitrum's technology under the Arbitrum Expansion Program, which shares revenue with the Arbitrum ecosystem. We measured every settlement. Nine of them, and each split exactly 10.000% to the ecosystem, to the wei.

The finding

Glass Hull identified nine revenue settlements from Robinhood Chain under the Arbitrum Expansion Program (AEP). In every one, exactly 10.000% went to the ecosystem recipient and 90% to the operator's recipient. Not approximately: exactly, in every settlement.

The largest came on 7 September 2026: 12,725.576405 ETH in total, of which 11,453.018765 ETH went to the operator's recipient and 1,272.557641 ETH to the ecosystem. That single settlement was 2.86 times the eight before it combined.

The finding is sealed as Proof Posit PP-003: two hardware signatures and a Bitcoin anchor. The settlement values were read at block 57,033,100 from a public archive endpoint, which the Posit discloses.

What the Arbitrum Expansion Program is

The Arbitrum Expansion Program lets chains built on Arbitrum's technology settle outside the Arbitrum ecosystem's own chains, in exchange for sharing a portion of their revenue with the ecosystem. Robinhood Chain is one such chain. Whether the share is paid as agreed is exactly the kind of question an outside party can check from the chain's own record, and this is that check.

Why "exactly" matters

A split that lands on 10.000% every time, across settlements of very different sizes, is the signature of a rule executed by code, not an amount chosen by hand. It is what a counterparty wants to see: the arrangement doing what it says, visibly, every time.

It answers one question and not another. The split tells you how each settlement was divided. It does not tell you whether each settlement's total was the right total. That second question, reconciling what was collected against what was owed and what was remitted, is a separate measurement.

What this finding does not say

Robinhood Chain and Arbitrum revenue share: the questions, answered

Does Robinhood Chain share revenue with Arbitrum?

Yes. Under the Arbitrum Expansion Program, every settlement we measured sent exactly 10.000% to the ecosystem recipient (Proof Posit PP-003).

How much did Robinhood Chain pay Arbitrum?

The largest settlement, on 7 September 2026, totalled 12,725.576405 ETH; 1,272.557641 ETH of it went to the ecosystem. It was 2.86 times the eight earlier settlements combined.

Is the 90/10 split exact?

Yes. All nine settlements split exactly 10.000%, to the wei.
