Developers & Founders edition: Adds the datasets, query pack and re-run kit. The Full Proof, its datasets and its queries may not themselves be republished, resold or redistributed.
Companies & Organizations: Terms are set in the engagement agreement.

Findings may be quoted with attribution: “Glass Hull, Proof Posit PP-###.” The Proof Posits are public.
No resale, sublicensing, public posting or redistribution of the Full Proof file, its datasets or its queries.
Same finding for every buyer: each licensee receives the same sealed finding. A purchase never changes a finding, its timing or its publication.
Scope of the warranty: a Full Proof is a measurement of a public blockchain within the window, population and limits it states. Glass Hull warrants that the delivered file is the sealed Full Proof, marked to your licence, and that its SHA-256 matches the digest recorded on the Glass Hull ledger for your licence ID at delivery. The finding, method and data are identical in every licensed copy.
Not advice: a Full Proof is research. It is not investment, legal or tax advice.
Governing law: State of Wyoming, United States.

Refunds

Full Proofs are sealed digital files, delivered on payment and verifiable on delivery. For that reason licences are non-refundable once delivered, with three exceptions:

Integrity. If the delivered file's SHA-256 does not match the digest recorded for your licence, tell us within 30 days. We replace the file; if we cannot, we refund in full.
Correction. If a sealed finding is later corrected, every licensee receives the correcting record at no charge. (A difference is still a finding; we publish it.)
Non-delivery. If a paid licence cannot be delivered within 7 days of payment, we refund in full on request.

Bank transfers and wires are refunded to the originating account.

Disclosure

No position: Glass Hull, the measurement practice of Jet Fyul Dynamics LLC, holds no tokens and takes no position in anything it measures.
Who we sell to: we license Full Proofs to companies, developers and investors, including parties whose activity we measure. Every buyer receives the same sealed finding.
Publication never depends on a purchase: Proof Posits are free and public. A Full Proof adds the complete method and data; it never adds, removes or delays a finding.
Method: every figure is measured two independent ways, frozen before its sealed re-run, signed by two hardware notaries and anchored in Bitcoin. Where a figure relies on a third-party endpoint, the Posit says so.
