Glass Hull Evidence Room

Robinhood Chain never stopped.

On 4 September 2026, reports said the chain halted for about 14 minutes. Its own record shows 854,255 blocks that day, never more than 2 seconds apart.

Every figure in this room comes from the chain's own record and is checked by two independent methods.

Measured from genesis to block 62,471,946. K. L. Phillips, Glass Hull.

The question tested: did Robinhood Chain stop producing blocks during the reported interval?

Proof Posit PP-005

Block production never stopped.

Blocks produced per minute on 4 September 2026, 12:00 to 14:00 UTC: about 590 every minute, including 12:57.

Since public mainnet opened on 1 July 2026, the chain has never gone more than 16 seconds without a block.

Proof Posit PP-005, continued

What paused was posting to Ethereum.

Replay every block the chain produced from 12:29:47 to 12:48:11 UTC, from its own record. The clock shows measured time.

12:29:47 UTC
Robinhood Chain: blocks produced (per 5 seconds)
Ethereum: data posting observed
Blocks so far0
Longest gap so far0 s
Posting silence so far0 s
Block-production silence0 s

Sound is generated from the same measured block series: one tick per block. It represents the record; it is not a separate measurement.

Observed posting pauses: 516 s + 324 s = 840 s
Longest block gap in this window: 2 s
Blocks: 10,850, contiguous
Cause: not stated.

Ethereum's record shows the poster's bids for blob space exceeded the base fee in both pauses, so the base fee alone does not explain them. We state no cause.

Both arms: the same method finds real silences where they exist (pre-launch gaps of up to 252,948 seconds), so it would have caught a halt.

Proof Posit PP-006

Nearly one user transaction in five fails, and still pays.

Failed transactions per day on Robinhood Chain, 25 August to 13 September 2026.

Proof Posit PP-003, sealed

Every settlement split exactly 90/10.

Robinhood Chain shares its revenue with Arbitrum through the Arbitrum Expansion Program. Across all nine settlements we measured, exactly 10.000% went to Arbitrum's ecosystem every time.

The largest, on 7 September 2026, was 12,725.576405 ETH: 11,453.018765 ETH to the operator's recipient and 1,272.557641 ETH to the ecosystem, 2.86 times the eight prior settlements combined.

That settlement was read at block 57,033,100 from a public archive endpoint, as the sealed Posit discloses.

How a Glass Hull proof is made

Two workers, one answer.

Two independent methods read the chain's record separately, arrive at the same count, then a witness, a policy gate, two hardware notaries and a Bitcoin anchor complete the seal. The chain's record method A method B Compare Witness Policy gate Notary A9 Notary A10 Bitcoin

The figure is PP-006's measured count of failed transactions. The animation shows the process; it is not a measurement.

One worker is blue. One is red. They read the chain by independent routes and never share notes. If they return the same answer, down to the last digit, the answer does not depend on one tool or one bug. When they disagree, we do not publish.

A witness records every step. A rule-keeper, not a person, decides whether a result may be sealed. Two hardware notaries sign. The result is anchored in Bitcoin.

Held under notice

A door we keep closed, for now.

We traced a chain of transactions ending in a new account that received tokenized instruments of AMC and dozens of other issuers, many within hours of their minting.

The parties concerned see it first: Robinhood Chain, the Arbitrum Foundation, and 70 issuers. We extend them at least as long as it took us to reach a conclusion.

No finding alleges conduct by any issuer.
