I. WHAT GH-PR-001 COMMITTED TO

On 16 September 2026, before the event, Glass Hull sealed and published a pre-registration. It fixed a method, with its hash sealed, for comparing measured activity on Robinhood Chain in a window before (15–28 September 2026) and a window after (1–14 October 2026) the announced end of Robinhood Wallet's network-fee coverage at 11:59 PM ET on 29 September 2026. It also committed to publishing the result, whatever it showed, by 28 October 2026.

In the same document, Jet Fyul Dynamics LLC and Glass Hull committed to submitting no transactions to chain 4663 between 15 September and 14 October 2026.

II. WHAT CHANGED

Robinhood's published terms for the promotion now state an Offer Period running from the launch of Robinhood Chain "to 11:59 PM EST December 31, 2026," and state that the dates may change at any time without notice.

Before that change, published reporting gave the end of coverage as 29 September 2026. Archived example: Decrypt, captured by the Internet Archive on 24 September 2026 (snapshot 20260924201611).

We do not know when the change was made, only that it was in effect no later than 24 September 2026. We draw no conclusion about why it was made.

III. WHAT FOLLOWS

1. GH-PR-001 will be carried out exactly as sealed. Both windows will be measured with the sealed method, and the result will be published by 28 October 2026. Changing its windows or method after sealing is exactly what a pre-registration exists to prevent. We will not do it, even where the reason is a change in the world rather than in our results.
2. The result will be read in light of this notice. On the published terms now in force, fee coverage continues through both windows. The comparison GH-PR-001 registered therefore measures two periods within coverage, not a period before and a period after its end. The published result will state this in its first paragraph and cite this notice.
3. The no-transaction commitment stands as sealed: no transactions from Jet Fyul Dynamics LLC or Glass Hull to chain 4663 between 15 September and 14 October 2026.
4. A new pre-registration, GH-PR-002, will address the end of coverage now scheduled for 31 December 2026. It will be sealed and published before its own "before" window opens, with its method, windows, publication date and any no-transaction commitment fixed in advance. It does not alter GH-PR-001.
5. Predictions in our series The Hull Against the Machine tied to the original date will be sealed against GH-PR-002's windows. None was sealed against 29 September.

IV. WHY WE ARE SAYING THIS NOW

A pre-registration is only as good as its record when things do not go as expected. The event we registered against moved. We are recording that before the date on which it was due, with the sources, so that the eventual result can be judged against what was known and when.
