A track record that is read from the chain, not from the trader

A strategy record names an address set, a strategy statement, a window, and the realized P&L, drawdown and counterparties derived from the chain for that set. It is signed with hardware onto the ledger and carries a verdict: VERIFIED when the derivation reconciles, UNRECONCILED when it does not, NOT FOUND when the addresses cannot be established. Nothing is taken from the trader's own screenshots.
