This version supersedes digest 5fce853d41e00271741d7fd201c0fcac1056daf4f46344583f3166584493a33e (ledger event 2962786).
Reason: JFD-20260917-CERT-00001 was sealed with two defects: the sealing path silently dropped the embedded PP-003-Proof-Posit.md and .ots, so the document's own transition page and section 9 directed a reader to attachments it did not contain; and the declaration carried an execution date of 16 September, the seal date, when the Principal signed on 17 September. Both are corrected here. No measured value, digest or signature of PP-003 changed.
